Laurel Beach Association

TO ALL LBA MEMBERS:
 

1. Please be aware that there is no parking allowed (whether of golf carts or other vehicles) on the 5th Avenue Green nor the 8th Avenue Green.
    

2. That no parking is permitted on Seaview Avenue.
    

3. That the lawn areas of the homes on Seaview is not public, but belongs to each homeowner and no parking is allowed there (whether of golf carts or other vehicles) except for vehicles of that homeowner.
    

4. Parking on the Avenues (1st through 8th Avenue) is only allowed on one side of the street, and there are distinct areas near the corners where no parking is permitted (again whether of golf carts or other vehicles).
    

5. No commercial vehicles are allowed to be maintained and parked over night within the residential district which comprises Laurel Beach (except if it is garaged).

• 6. Cars on Ballfield Policy:
  Due to safety reasons and to allow full use of ballfields, cars will not be allowed on the LBA ballfield including the hill and all the way to the courts.  Exceptions will be made for handicap persons, special events and other extraordinary conditions such as storms.   Cars should be parked on Stanley Street, Court Street or the grove next to the Casino.   Cars parking alongside the ballfield on Stanley Street should park perpendicular to the roadside.
