Limited Membership Fees

LBA has two (2) types of limited memberships:
1. A TENANT IS ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO RENT(S) A HOUSE OR CONDO IN LAUREL BEACH for a minimum of 30 days. (See LBA By-Law P-6a(2)).Tenants are allowed use of the beach and seawall only and must follow all Beach Rules. (See Page 6 of the Summer Booklet.) A separate tenant membership must be taken out to use the Casino and/or Tennis courts or to participate in lessons. Landlords are responsible for ensuring that tenants are made aware of all regulations and abide by all the rules.

2. A NON-RESIDENT MEMBER is an individual or couple living outside of Laurel Beach and their single children who live with them. Non-resident annual membership: $1,550.00, family. A single membership is $750.00.

Anyone who is neither # (1) nor # (2) is not a member and is not allowed the use of any LBA property including the beach, tennis courts, casino, pass ways to the beach, 5th Ave Green, passageways between streets, and ballpark. As trespassers, they will be escorted from the premises.

Tennis Instruction.……………………………..$150.00 per child
Tennis lessons dates 6/16/25 - 8/15/25

Tenants must have tennis membership to qualify for children's tennis and swimming lessons.

Social & Sport Events: Guest fees will be charged as appropriate.
